Refunds are a part of our policy but these are governed by certain conditions. To start with, the refund will be decided based on the service selected by you at the time of payment. Therefore, we would require you to first review Service Conditions on Reverse of Airway Bill.
You can make refund claims by e-mail, in writing, or through the telephone. We would require the following information from you at the time of a refund claim request:
Deep Blue Reference Number
Parcel Tracking Number
It is important that you are aware that not all fund requests will be processed; only those claims deemed appropriate under company policy will be eligible for claim. Refunds will only be made to the contracted person or company that has booked the order. Please allow for three working days for the processing of such claims. You may file a refund claim within a maximum of 28 days from the date of order placement.
